UPIAH KARANJI CRAFTSMEN WORK POSTURE EVALUATION USING QUICK EXPOSURE CHECK Industrial Engineering Departement, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Jl. Prof BJ Habibie Bone Bolango Abstract Improper work attitude can cause physical complaints in the form of muscles (Musculoskeletal Disorders). The purpose of this study is to study physical complaints in karanji craftsmen using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire and determine the level of muscle injury risk in karanji craftsmen based on the Rapid Exposure Examination (QEC) research method. The results showed that based on the recapitulation of the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire, all of the craftsmen (100%) experience pain in the neck, lower, left shoulder, right shoulder and at the waist, 90% of them feel pain in the left arm, buttocks, left hand, right hand and right hand, 80% pain in the right upper arm, buttocks, and left forearm, 70% pain in the right forearm. For lower body pain, reported that 50% of the craftsman feel pain in the left thigh, right thigh. Calculation of the QEC on the slicing work of mintu (material), craftsmen which are included in the action category, further investigation is needed, to 3 (three) craftsman with exposé value (E%) of 41.36%.
