THE IMPACT OF INQUIRY BASED E-MODULE FOR GEOMETRY ON LEARNING GEOMETRY OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EDUCATION STUDENTS

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of Inquiry-based E-module for Geometry on learning geometry of elementary school teacher education. The method employed was experimental research using Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this study were elementary school teacher education students in Malang city which consisted of experimental and control classes. The data were required through statistical tests and analyses through SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results showed the results of the T-test showed that there were differences in the average scores of students who used e-modules without using e-modules. This means that there is an influence of the use of inquiry-based geometry e-module on student learning outcomes. So the Inquiry-based E-module for Geometry can be used as e-book on the topic of geometry which includes two-dimensional and geometric shapes
