Abstract

Demands for speed and reliable access to services in the management of archive activities are the demands of todays industry and business. Managing and controlling documentary documents is a vital business process because it is related to the accessibility of company data and information. This study aims to design and create a digital mail-based archive management application. The method used in this research is a systematic approach in the design and manufacture of software with the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results of this application are expected to help management in archiving services more effectively and efficiently.
