Abstract

One of Pelindo IIs subsidiaries is PT Mustika Alam Lestari MAL Indonesia. The company has tried to make efforts to ensure a match between the planned arrival time of the ship and the actual time the ship is loading and unloading. For that through our research we try to see the extent to which these problems occur at PT MAL. The high frequency of ship arrivals will increase the chances of such a time mismatch. We try to collect data for one year of operation of the port terminal to provide a complete picture, so that management can take the necessary action, although there is still an analysis of incompatibility with the reference to the average value of 0.8 hours for ETB-ATB and 2.17 hours ETD-ATD, we hope that it will become a reference for other researchers to be included in the next research topic.
