One component of the assessment for higher education accreditation which determined by Badan Akreditasi Nasional-Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) is lecturer performance. This study aims to compare the performance evaluations of three statistics lecturers for four aspects, namely pedagogic, professionalism, personality and social abilities based on the results of the evaluation of learning on the academic portal filled by students at the end of each semester. The first novelty is the development of an online evaluation instrument which is adjusted to Sistem Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi Online (SAPTO). The second novelty is this study uses statistical analysis to get the best lecturer character to predict the future. The participants are 149 students taking statistics lecture. The data analysis is One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that value F = 3.804 and p < 0.05, it means that there is a personality difference in one of the statistics lecturers from the other two statistics lecturers, whereas for the other three aspects the three statistics lecturers are homogeneous.
