Abstract
Current cleaning methods have been developed with the use of ultrasonic. Ultrasonic is a sensor that emits certain frequency waves that are 20 kHz to 20 MHz. At a frequency of 40 kHz cleaning is more effective than frequencies below 25 kHz or above 60 kHz. The method used is the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) weights before and after cleaning with an Ultrasonic Cleaner. The SEM results show that there are changes in chemical elements after cleaning, by comparing the SEM results before cleaning with after cleaning.
