ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATION AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING TO COMPETENCY WORKERS IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY COMPANIES IN DKI JAKARTA Adhi Purnomo, Winoto Hadi

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of communication and knowledge sharing on the competence of workers in the world of building construction in DKI Jakarta. Consisting of nine companies surveyed with 34 respondent’s construction workers. This research method uses SEM PLS analysis with the result that there is a positive and significant relationship between communication with variable competence of 0.675 and bootstrapping value of 7.033. There is a positive and not significant relationship between knowledge sharing with a competency of 0.01 and a bootstrapping value of 0.087. The results of strengthening the dimensions of vertical, horizontal and internal communication provide significant value. The results of strengthening the knowledge sharing dimension are in the form of reciprocity and significant norms are positive. The results of strengthening the value of administrative, technical and analyst competency dimensions are positive and significant
