Abstract

This study aims to develop an instrument for evaluating work skills innovation based on base learning projects. Instruments to be produced 1). centered on student project activities and focus on the main competencies in designing the process of finding student solutions, 2) covering high order thinking skills. Development methods with R&D based on Plomp go through stages such as: (1) preliminary investigation phase (preliminary investigation), (2) design design phase (3) design realization phase (realization / construction), (4) test phase, evaluation and revision (test, evaluation and revision), and (5) implementation phase. The results of this study in the form of instruments associated with work skills include: Validation sheet for the employability skills assessment model, Output evaluation sheet (output) aspects of the quality of PjBL learning outcomes, Employability skills assessment sheet for the developed model has a very significant effect on innovation and creativity, assessment of management responses of managers as users of the employability skills assessment model, the employability skills assessment sheet directly influences significantly the quality of learning outcomes. Based on the above results it can be concluded that the instrument made has been through a validation process and is suitable for use in other allied study fields students.
