Development of A Risk Management Plan for The Construction of The Karian - Serpong Water Conveyance 1

Abstract
The Karian - Serpong water conveyance construction project is a supporting infrastructure development project in the context of meeting drinking water needs in Banten Province and DKI Jakarta. This water channel flows raw water from the Karian Dam in Lebak Banten to the Water Treatment Plan located in the Banten and Jakarta areas. Feasibility study of this project has been carried out since 2009 but until now the channel project has not been finalized due to some changes in planning in the field. This water channel project has a high complexity, so in its implementation, a risk management plan is needed so that the project can run well and finish on time without experiencing delays. This study aims to identify risks, analyze the impact and risk response and compile them into a Risk Management Plan as a supporting document in the implementation of the construction of the Karian - Serpong water conveyance. It is hoped that later this Risk Management Plan can be useful for contractors in managing risks during project implementation and providing input to the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing for subsequent implementation of similar projects.
