Abstract
Accurate and reliable data are expected to help the decision-making processes. However, organizations regularly find a difficulty in sharing data within company due to the enormous number of processes that are generally connected one to another and are continuously changing. This study aimed to improve data sharing within supply chain processes which accurately observe product lifting operations, that requires on-time, on-quality, and on-quantity product lifting. Accordingly, action research was conducted along with utilizing DFFS philosophy to generate an information technology solution that adequately imparts data between the layers inside of the production network concerning the migration of materials from the storage tank into an oil tanker. Furthermore, the comparative analysis of verification and benchmarking conducted recommends this task was successful since the new process satisfied the requirements of the workplace for which it was planned.
