Abstract
Abstract. This study aims to create a development plan in the manufacture of Multimedia Learning based on Mobile Learning. This research development aims to facilitate student learning activities that are in accordance with the rules of learning and oriented to the objectives to be achieved in the learning. Multimedia-based learning based on mobile learning is intended to be accessible by students more flexibly without limited space and time, is more effective and is also expected to be more efficient in its implementation. The research method used is R & D, this development method uses a learning development model proposed by Borg and Gall, Dick & Carrey and J. Moonen. This is done because what will be developed in this study is a product design development Multimedia learning. The stages in the development of multimedia learning designs are: (1) needs analysis, (2) Production planning Design of Multimedia Learning Development, in this case using the development model of Borg and Gall, Dick & Carrey and J. Moonen (3) validation, evaluation and revision models, including: expert study and one to one evaluation (4) Implementation of the Model, carried out using experimental designs.
