Abstract

Low critical thinking skills of students during the learning process requires professional teachers to have technological knowledge. The purpose of the paper is to find out the differences in critical thinking skills between students who have learned non example examples of wingeom software and conventional learning. Quasi Experiment Method, Non-equivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The implementation at SMPN 17 Bandung Indonesia, involved two classes, class VIII E with 32 students as the experimental class and VIII B as the control class with 30 people. Test instruments for critical thinking skills. Data analysis using independent T test. Data processing results: There is a difference in the increase in mathematical critical thinking skills between students who get example non example learning assisted by wingeom software better than conventional learning. Learning with the help of Wingeom software can facilitate three-dimensional animation that can be rotated, pushed, students can visualize two-dimensional and abstract dimensions into more concrete, so as to support success in increasing students critical thinking abilities.
