This study aims to aim at this research is to describe the supply chain of potatoes and analyze the performance of potato supply chain management in Garut Regency to minimize risk. The method used in this research is the House of Risk (HOR) to determine the priorities of the strategy. In risk identification, use the development method of Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Based on the results of research shows that one of the key factors to optimize the supply chain is to create a flow of information that moves quickly and accurately between the network or the chain and the movement of goods effectively and efficiently, which results in customer satisfaction. There are 13 proposed coping strategies to reduce the probability of a risk agent occurring in the local Potato supply chain.
