Abstract
Human resources is very important in the activities of carrying out a work mechanism at the Construction Management Consultant (CMC). CMCs experience has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work. Good and bad results of the quality of construction work are influenced by CMCs experience, of course CMC quality is supported by qualified human resources to achieve quality, cost, and time that has been determined. The purpose of this research is to identify the dominant factors and determine the magnitude of the dominant factors that affect the quality of CMC performance in supervising the implementation of multi-storey buildings in Jabodetabek, Indonesia and recommend efforts to improve the quality of human resources performance.
