Abstract

The system of supply chain management should be supported by a good planning process, therefore, the organization runs effectively and efficiently. supply Chain Risk management (SCRM) is a tool that may be used to discover risks that arise in a supply chain. The purpose of this observe is to determine the risk of failure that happens within a supply chain. The interview was carried out towards Cahaya Terang community thats the leather-based commercial enterprise union of Sukaregang Garut. The end result shows that from 20 risk activities within the supply Chain using the supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach, 9 activities are classified as high-risk activities and need special attention, therefore, the deliver chain procedure within the leather industry might be running well.
