Abstract
This research is motivated by the need for assessment tools to assess employability skills. Assessments made reference to the applicable SKKNI and tailored to the needs of the respective areas of expertise. Urgency of this research to design evaluation tools needed rubric electronic form educator. This research aims to develop electronic rubric for measuring employability skills, In the assessment of students skills have not been entirely educators using standardized assessment tools, it encourages researchers to develop an assessment tool that can be used during the process of learning to measure employability skills with work-based learning, This study was designed to develop a prototype tool performance appraisal or assessment. This study design shaped to produce a product that is a proven ratings. Qualitative methods used in the analysis phase and the need to draft, whereas quantitative methods used at the time of testing the design or product development.
