Effect of Job Satisfaction and Motivation Towards Employee Performance At PT. Satria Utama Garut a) Master of Management Program, School of Postgraduate, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung 40154, Indonesia Abstract ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to see the effect of job satisfaction and motivation toward employee performance. The researches are descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach and method used is an explanatory survey. The sample of this study is population, with a sample of 87 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The technique which is used to analyze data is multiple linear regression analysis with a computer software SPSS 25 as a tool. The result shows that job satisfaction and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in partially and simultaneously.
