Improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Effect of Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to find out the level of employee engagement, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis unit is an employee of PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk as many as 88 respondents. A questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is an expansive technique using frequency distribution and partial least square (PLS). Based on the results of the study using partial least square obtained results that the level of employee engagement in the category is very high, the level of job satisfaction in the category is very high, the picture of organizational citizenship behavior in the category is very high, and the behavior of organizational citizenship is influenced by employee engagement and job satisfaction. Perceptions of employee engagement and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the organizations civic behavior
