IMPLEMENTATION OF A GAME BASED SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO IMPROVE STUDENTS ^CONCENTRATION AND LEARNING INTEREST

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the Implementation of a Game-Based Saintific Approach to Improve Student Concentration and Interest in Learning at Cimanggung state High School. This research uses the experimental method with Pretest-Posttest Control Group design. The sampling technique use Simple Random Sampling. The sample in this study was class XI students at Cimanggung State High School with a total of 124 students divided into two groups namely the experimental group and the control groups, each totalling 62 students. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire of concentration and interst in student learning. Data analysis used paired sample test with experimental concentration value 0,002, control group concentration 0,168, experimental learning interst 0,002 and control group learning interest 0,001 with significance value. That The Implementation of a Saintific Approach based on games and physical education learning can improve student concentration and interest in learning.
