THE PERSPECTIVE OF RITHMIC ACTIVITIES : CLASSICAL DANCE TO AESTHETIC PERCEPTION, AND LOCOMOTOR MOVEMENT

Abstract

Motion dance can develop aspects of cognitive , affective , and psychomotor . Stimulation aesthetics through dance impacted positively , become a child hope future ahead are healthy physically , spiritually , socially, with the motion of the locomotor which is good .
The PENJAS ( Physical Education ) learning model of rhythmic activity material in the PENJAS curriculum, namely : classical dance which has the characteristics of aerobic exercise , can stimulate Physical Fitness , Aesthetic Perception , and basic locomotor movements of children . The problem is whether the dance classic that has the characteristics of sport can aerobics increase Physical Fitness , Aesthetic Perception with Children^s Locomotor be good ?
The method of research experiment with the design of the study ^ pre test- post test ^. Population in research is student Schools Elementary grade 5, which amounts to 120 people with a range of ages 10-11 years . There is the influence of the very significant 0,001 with t count 4.375 learning activity rhythmic dance classic on the level of Fitness Physical child , Perception Aesthetics also increased significantly to 0,000 with t count 5.470, and motion Locomor children also increased in stages .
Suggestion research further : activity rhythmic impact on the mind and character of children : mannered , love affection and care with others.
