The Implementation of Life Kinetik Training Methods and Educability Motor Levels in Improving Football Athlete Concentration a) Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of life kinetik and conventional training methods based on high and low levels of motor ability to increase the concentration of football athletes. This study was conducted 2 times a week for 8 weeks. The method used is an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The data analysis of this study used the IBM SPSS 23rd Version with a two-way-anova hypothesis test. The results of the data show that: (1) There is an effect between life kinetik training methods and conventional training in increasing the concentration of football athletes. (2) There is no interaction between life kinetik training methods and motor ability in increasing the concentration of football athletes. (3) There is a difference in the concentration of playing football between athletes who are trained with the Life Kinetik training method and conventional training in the high motor ability group. (4) There is a difference in the concentration of playing football between athletes who are trained with the Life Kinetic training method and conventional training in the low motor ability group.
