DEVELOPMENT LEARNING TOOLS THROUGHT TEACHER-STUDENT CENTER APPROACH ON BADMINTON LEARNING IKIP PGRI Pontianak Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of learning tools on badminton learning for physical education students of the IKIP PGRI Pontianak. The research method used was the Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE Model (analysis-Design-Develop-Implementation-Evaluation). Research subjects and validators in development research are material experts, media experts and second semester Physical Education students totaling 30 students as small group trial objects and all 2nd semester Physical Education students as large group subjects. Data collection used questionnaires and badminton skills tests. The data analysis technique used is the average questionnaire and badminton skills test. The results showed (1) the developed learning tools in this study meet the valid criteria (2) The developed learning tools in this study meet the practical criteria. (3) the developed learning tools in this study meet the criteria of being effective. It is known that out of 30 students, 26 students passed individually while there were 4 students who had not passed individually. This means that classically the percentage of the number of students who passed was 86.7% and the percentage of the number of students who had not graduated was 13.3%.
