The Implementation of Mini Volleyball Game to Increase Ability Student Creative Thinking in Physical Education

Abstract

The research objective was to see the effect of volleyball on students^ creative thinking skills. The method used in this research is an experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in SMA with a sample size of thirty-five students from class X (ten) who were selected by means of cluster random sampling. This research was conducted for 2 (two) months with meetings once a week which resulted in eight sessions. The ability to think creatively by using the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) using the t test analysis for data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate an increase in creative abilities in the application of volleyball during physical education learning. With the increase in the increase in this research, it is necessary to carry out other development research that involves a control group and other more interesting strategies.
