Preplanned and Unplanned Physical Activity among Physical Education College Students 1 Faculty of Sports and Health Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Abstract Active lifestyle has countless benefits in a variety of life contexts including health, as suggested by the United Nations in sustainable development goals (SDGs). This study aimed to identify the pre-planned and unplanned physical activities (PA) among college students in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross- sectional approach. There were 406 students from Sports Education program which involved in this study. The data were collected using the interview method using the Brunel lifestyle PA questionnaires. All types of statistical computations are performed using SPSS for Windows. The study employs a descriptive ex-post-facto method. Results showed that most of the students have good preplanned and unplanned physical activity, in terms of frequency, duration, and intensity. The duration of physical activity per week has met WHO recommendations to perform moderate level of physical activity at least 150 minutes per week. The students also have a great commitment to perform physical activity as regular program to maintaining their health and fitness.
