Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of inquiry and cooperative learning models on the mastery result of martial art movement of the Ibing Tepak Tilu Jalan Muka Satu. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a research design using Posttest Only Control Design. The population in this study were extracurricular students of Pencak Silat SMPN 29 Bandung with a sample of 30 students. The analysis used is the similarity test of two means one party or t test. Based on the results of calculations and data processing, it is obtained that the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion from this study is that the results of the two learning models are known to be significantly different on the mastery result of martial art movement of the Ibing Tepak Tilu Jalan Muka Satu in Pencak Silat extracurricular at SMPN 29 Bandung. Thus, it is suggested for the teachers in SMPN 29 Bandung to use cooperative learning model in the learning process of Tepak Tilu.
