IMPLEMENTATION OF CONVENTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS TO ENHANCING AN AEROBIC ABILITIES IN THE PERIODES OF TRAINING UPI Abstract The increase in anaerobic ability during the exercise period is expected to come from the influence of a regular and measured exercise program from an exercise period. Seeing these conditions, it is hoped that the coaches will be able to create a conventional training program and understand the doses of training at each training stage, so that they will be able to predict the athlete^s ability before facing the championship. Anaerobic resistance is one of the important factors to achieve an achievement, with the high level of endurance of the athlete, it is hoped that the athlete can continue to focus on the competition so that the achievement will be achieved optimally.
