Digital Pedagogy as a Learning Approach For Industry 4.0 Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Abstract This study synthesizes the finding of a study on digital pedagogy to face the industrial era 4.0. The journals were studied from 2015 to 2020. The of the industrial era 4.0 can be seen from the integration of technology in various aspects including education. Some research results indicate a gap between teachers and students in the use of technology in education. Entering industrial era 4.0 there are several challenges and opportunities for industrial era 4.0, the development of industrial era 4.0 is marked by the development of big data and artificial intelligence. The skills needed in this era, or it is called big data and artificial intelligence, include advanced analytics, internet of things, and digital security.Therefore, it has become an obligation in integrating technology. Learning methods that are more effective in integrating technology can be doneby mastering digital pedagogy. Digital pedagogy is a method used to guide or teach children with technology. The integration of digital pedagogy in learning not only focused on conventional teaching where students listen to the teachers explanation. In fact, the use of technology in the learning process is limited to the use of media such as power points, the internet, or digital modules. The use of technology is mostly used for the transfer of knowledge, not values. The teachers as a transfer of values must have the knowledge and skills in using technology in learning process. This paper aims to conceptually examine digital pedagogy as an alternative solution in learning in the industrial era 4.0.
