The Development of River Water Monitoring System Based on ESP32, LORA and Web-Based Application Using Internet of Things Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro, Abstract River pollution in the world, especially in Indonesia seems to have become commonplace today. The Citarum River was once named the most polluted river in the world by the BlackSmith Institute & Green Cross Switzerland. Although direct supervision of watersheds has been carried out by involving members of The Indonesian National Armed Forces, but river pollution is still happening. Along with the development of the Internet of Things (IoT) today, of course it can also be resolved with IoT. River Monitoring IOT System is made to monitor the river and if there are changes in parameters that exceed the threshold, system can respond by sending a notification via "Telegram" and Web-based Application. Therefore, the system must be able to handle everything from devices till applications and classify water conditions with safe, warning and danger status. The method used uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) so that the approach is more systematic by maintaining the time and quality of the system. As a result, the system can be realized so that each device and parameter can be seen in realtime on a Web-based Application. Various scenarios or conditions have been carried out to test the system and the system succeeds in sending notifications automatically when conditions are classified as warnings and danger.
