Abstract
Procurement of Construction Services is the activity of obtaining construction services to construct, operate, maintain, dismantle, and rebuild an infrastructure building carried out by an institution or agency, both governmental and private. This procurement process, particularly in government-owned projects, is then regulated in-laws and regulations starting from identifying needs to signing contracts. As a result of the complex stages and the large number of resources involved, the procurement process is prone to fraud. Therefore, it is hoped that the current shift in procurement to an electronic system can overcome these problems because, with the introduction of an electronic system, information about the procurement mechanism will become more open. However, unfortunately, until now there have been no specific regulations governing the disclosure of public information on construction services.
