Abstract
In a construction project, the building material is an important component that must exist. At the planning stage, all material requirements for structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing must be calculated in accordance with the plans made. Portland cement is one of the most important building materials in a construction project. The process of procuring building materials to the project site has a fairly long series or can be called the supply chain. This study will discuss the supply chain of construction materials, namely Portland cement. The importance of a supply chain is that it can be one of the factors for the success of the project and also controlling the time in a construction project. When the downstream of a supply chain is the project site, when the material (Portland cement) arrives at the construction project site, storage methods must be adjusted according to applicable regulations.
