Abstract

This study aims to design educational videos as video based learning and determine the design educational videos which makes students more interested in paying attention to the distance learning process (PJJ). If students want to pay attention to the material during the learning process, hoped that students will also get the maximum learning experience. The case study was conducted at the Department of Fashion, SMKN 1 Dawuan, Subang. The research method use a simple descriptive quantitative. The steps are input measurement (design video with Bandicam and Prezi) and output measurenment obtained from the evaluation results based on three elements for video design and implementation, specifically: 1) cognitive load, 2) student engagement, 3) active learning together. The data collection technique use a questionnaire. The provisional assumption leads to the possibility that the learning video made using Prezi is more attractive to students to make them stay in pay attention, so they will get the maximum learning experience even in a distance learning.
