The Great Potential of Kertajati Airport to Create the Majalengka City Makes a Sustainable City in West Java

Abstract

Kertajati International Airport or better known as West Java International Airport, was built in 2018 in Majalengka. after being built that year, it has created a new infrastructure for the people of West Java. The airport construction is intended to divert and facilitate the air transportation needs of West Java residents so that they do not always use their original airport in Bandung City and go to Soekarno Hatta Airport when abroad. Apart from current operations and less than optimal benefits, Kertajati airport will continue to function and needs to be reused so that it can create a sustainable City Majalengka and its surroundings in West Java.
