Abstract

Archive management is still done semi-manually using the TNDE (Tata Naskah Dinas Electronic ) Application or (Electronic Service Manuscripts) Applications. There are still many documents remain accumulated and have not been archived. Management that has not been organized in the form of a complete application will have an impact on the emergence of problems such as difficulty recovering archives when needed. Acceleration process of Active archives becoming inactive, Archive Status, and Depreciation. BALITKABI (Balai Penelitian Kacang dan Umbi) Malang is still done semi-manually and there are still many documents that have accumulated and have not been archived and there is no automatic depreciation process. The results of observation to the object showed that the implementation of procedures for managing employee data archives still had problems, namely storage that was still not organized coherently because it was not coded in each document, making it difficult to recover archives. While another study stated that the application of big data technology through the Hadoop Framework at the Indonesian National Archives agency is expected to be able to overcome the problems that exist in the Indonesian National Archives Agency in terms of storing large archival data. Then analyze whether Big Data can help in managing big data at ANRI agencies. In addition, in this study, it is expected that the use of Big Data technology can be applied optimally. Based on these problems, it is important to conduct research related to the digital transformation of archive management based on big data cluster technology. The objectives of this research are: Firstly, Management of dynamic archives that consists of: Archive creation, Archive use, Archive maintenance, and Depreciation- Secondly, Archive Classification that consists of: Archive Retention Schedule, Detecting archive status, Data Access. Security Classification System, Digital Transformation, Bigdata, One data including standar
