Abstract
Strategic leadership refers to the leader who is responsible for any changes that occur in the company^s strategy. The leader is not only the Strategic leadership refers to the leader who is responsible for any changes that occur in the company^s strategy. The leader is not only the CEO but anyone who has subordinates and power is called a leader, such as a functional level manager. Although this term refers a lot to CEOs and other executives because of the power they have. Competitive Strategy is defined as the long-term plan of a particular company to gain a competitive advantage over its competitors in the industry. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of strategic leadership on competitive strategy, motivation on competitive strategy, organizational culture on competitive strategy, strategic leadership on competitiveness, motivation on competitiveness, organizational culture on competitiveness, and competitive strategy on competitiveness. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in the structural equation. The analytical tool used is Smart PLS. This research method is quantitative, data collection method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the manufacturing industry electronically using random sampling technique.
