STEM EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN MENTARI INTERCULTURAL SCHOOL BINTARO Student of Education Management, Post-Graduate, State University of Jakarta Abstract This study aims to investigate STEM education management of the Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro, particularly in elementary school. This study focuses on STEM education management with Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach. The framework of TPACK is to include all STEM subjects. The framework is also employed to examine teachers^ skill and experiences in teaching with learning website. The research used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data were collected by conducting observations and interviews with school principals, teachers, and the curriculum section representatives. The data obtained were then analyzed according to Milles and Hubermans method, with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, the Mentari Intercultural School Bintaro, particularly elementary school STEM education management is going well. The teachers faced challenges in communicating their subject based on content knowledge when developing the STEM projects. Keywords: Management, STEM education, and TPACK. Topic: STEM Education |
