Developing physics representational fluency test of electrostatic concept (1) UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung Abstract The purpose of this research is to develop physics representational fluency test of 20 item multiple-choice to assess representational fluency of preservice physics teacher on the topic electrostatic in physics context. The test includes four component of representational fluency: constructing single representation, constructing multiple representation, translating between representation and reviewing single representation. The development of representational fluency test used Design and Development Research (DDR) with four phase consists of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. To validate the structure of the test we consulted with a member of academic staff with expertise in this field. After design test and expert review, the test was implemented with 57 preservice physics teacher. The result in this research was 15 item of the test is valid and reliable. Keywords: electrostatic, preservice physics teacher, representational fluency Topic: Physics Education |
