Abstract

This study aims (1) To design and implement project-based learning innovation based on hydrolysis material for Class XI at SMA Cerdas Murni. (2) To find out the student^s response to the innovation of teaching materials based on Project Based Learning on the hydrolysis material of Class XI at SMA Cerdas Murni. The research method used in this research is research and development. with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were students of class XI at SMA Cerdas Murni 2020/2021 academic year. To find out student responses to teaching materials obtained by using a questionnaire method. The results showed that: 1) The results of the design and implementation of teaching materials that have been developed on the hydrolysis material for class XI students using the Project Based Learning learning model in SMA Cerdas Murni were declared successful based on several tests carried out. 2) The results of the student response data analysis showed that the percentage of students who gave very good responses was 20%, the percentage of students who gave good responses was 80%, and there were no students who gave sufficient, insufficient, or very poor responses.
