Abstract

Guided inquiry model is a learning model whose implementation, Guided inquiry model is a learning model whose implementation, the teacher provides guidance that is broad enough to students. In addition to choosing a learning model, a teacher must be able to choose the right learning media. In this study, the media focusky can make students more interested in participate in classroom learning. This research aims to- (1) to determine effect of guided inquiry learning model use the Focusky media on the learning of high school students- (2) to determine effect of learning activities on learning of high school students and- (3) to determine effect of the interaction between guided inquiry learn use Focusky and learn activities of high school students. The sample of this research was high school students class XI MIPA 1 SMAN 1 Tanjung Pura in the academic year 2020/2021. The design in this study is a single group pretest-posttest (one group pretest-posttest design). Testing in this study was carried out only in one class, no control group or comparison group was used as the measurement. The technique in this study was carried out in two stages, first collecting data about student learning activities and second collecting data about high school student learning outcomes. The conclusion in this study, there is an effect of guided inquiry learning model using focusky media on the learning outcomes of high school students. There is an increase in learning activities towards high school student learning outcomes, and an increase in the interaction between inquiry learning using focusky media
