XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces semiconductor components, during 2017 - 2020 the performance of PT. XYZ^s employees in the production section is always below the target set by the company, the reason for not achieving the company^s target standards is because there are still many employees who do not work optimally such as lack of attitude of responsibility, lack of motivation, teamwork, work not according to procedures and lack of regularity and accuracy in work which of course can reduce productivity, while what is expected by the company is that employee performance can increase stably, even if it can, employee performance is expected to be above the competency standards that have been set. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment on the performance of production employees at PT. XYZ. The sampling method used was simple random sampling and the determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula resulted in 160 respondents, the data used were primary data with a questionnaire technique, hypothesis testing was carried out with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using a two-tailed test. with the application of Analysis of moment structure version 24. The results showed that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a significant positive effect on employee performance in the production division at PT.XYZ while the organizational commitment variable did not significantly affect employee performance.
