Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on work ability and its implications for employee performance. The research method used is quantitative. The unit of analysis is Horison Hotel Bandung employees as many as 78 respondents. Data was collected using an online questionnaire (google form). The results showed that training had an effect on work ability where work ability had an effect on employee performance. High performance can increase the productivity and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their work
