The Effect of Job Insecurity as an Impact of Restructuring of a Merger of Four-Port State-Own Enterprises on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable Magister of Management, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan, Indonesia Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity as an impact of restructuring of a merger of four-port state-own enterprises on job satisfaction and turnover intention with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. The data was collected using questionnaires. The samples in this study were 310 employees of PT Pelindo (Persero) ex PT Pelindo I (Persero). To analyze the data, Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS) was used.
