Abstract

Strategic management is the application of planning, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation carried out on an ongoing basis by the organization in order to fulfill its goals. To keep up with the rapid and spontaneous changes in the business environment, businesses must be able to continuously assess their strategy. With the guidance of strategic management, organizations may assess where they are right now, develop a plan to get them where they want to go, then track their progress against that plan. Strategy management in educational institutions will be examined as part of this research. A library search was employed in this study. Researchers acquire, evaluate, and arrange data from a variety of sources, including journal articles, books, and other studies on the topic of educational strategic management. According to the findings of the study, educational institutions must formulate several aspects in order to implement strategic management, such as: 1) the vision, mission, and values of educational institutions, 2) long-term goals, 3) determine the priorotas strategy, 4) compile performance indicators, 5) outline operational objectives, and 6) pay attention to resource needs (physical, human, financial).
