INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND EMPLOYEE TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR AS A INTERVENING VARIABEL IN NORTH SUMATERA PROVINCIAL MANPOWER OFFICE Master of Management, Universitas Sumatera Utara Abstract The employment problem faced by the Nationals, especially in North Sumatera, is the gap between the small amount of labor absorption compared to the availability of employment opportunities. Likewise, the welfare of workers and the placement of North sumatera workers who have decreased and productivity has become the attention of the agency to increase it. Therefore, to solve the challenges and problems of the worker, the agency must have employees who are productive, innovative, effective, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and integrity. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research was 123 employees with a probability sampling technique, namely by using simple random sampling thus, there were 94 employees taken as the respondents. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires, and conducting interviews. The data analysis by Smart -PLS was done to discover the indicators that influenced these variables. The result of the research demonstrated that innovative work behavior was able to mediate the influence of organizational climate and employee training on employee performance.
