Abstract
This study aims to determine how the influence of entrepreneurial values and subjective norms on entrepreneurial intentions. The grand theory of this research is the Theory Planned Behavior from Ajzen. The research method used is the Explanatory Survey Method. The population is Accounting Education students throughout Indonesia, with a sample size using the Isaac & Michael formula obtained a sample size of 218 respondents. Collecting data using a numerical scale questionnaire. The data processing technique uses path analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurial values and subjective norms had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. It is recommended to increase the entrepreneurship values variable, which is the closest value indicator, this can be improved through guidance from the closest people, namely parents and siblings. Increasing the subjective norm variable is that the family agrees to do business through the participation of family members for internships in a company owned by one of their family members. To increase the entrepreneurial intention variable, the indicator of entrepreneurial intention is to be persistent in trying to become an entrepreneur, it can be done by providing motivation to prepare a business plan.
