Business Feasibility towards an Augmented Reality Technology Business: A Study Case of Interaxe.ID Josephine Julia Michele Kirsten, Atika Irawan

Abstract
Interaxe.ID is a business established in 2020. It is a tech-based business specializing in accessories (fashion). We provide a virtual try-on technology in Augmented Reality (AR) for accessories businesses to deploy an online shopping experience and help customers where they can try accessories virtually before buying. The AR is meant to help them visualize the products they desire- necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, rings, etc. from the local business accessories based in Indonesia. However, currently the company still not be able to release new AR prototypes for approach purposes and it results in difficulties to obtain clients due to limited human resource ability and sales. We are still outsourcing by collaborating with freelancers, as Interaxe.ID business is considered not to meet expectations from stagnant growth and unstable revenue. This study purposed to determine the financial feasibility of Interaxe.ID to create the business value from available AR prototypes. An analysis of the industry was also carried out through PESTLE analysis and Porter^s Five Forces, as well as the internal analysis through SWOT and financial reports. To analyze the problems, a fishbone diagram is used. The methods within this analysis will be using payback period, net present value, and internal rate of return.
