Abstract
The era of digitalization is an era that cannot be avoided anymore. Starting from the Industry 1.0 revolution to the current 4.0, where the digitalization era has transformed every aspect of people^s lives, including in the banking industry, towards digital. Consumer trends, government policies, regulators, up to millennials, are some examples of aspects that in one phase require Organizational Transformation so that the Organization can achieve its goals. This study aims to determine the description of the Internal Environment, External Environment, Annual Board of Directors Strategic Direction, Organization Structure Transformation Implementation & Business Performance. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review of relevant research using the Research Questions (RQ) set out in this study. The research carried out resulted in an Organization Structure Transformation Model to Improve Business Performance in the Banking Industry.
