Abstract
The issues studied by the author are related to digital transformation and organizational performance in the the covid 19 pandemic era.
Digital transformation is one of the important keys in increasing productivity and achieve competitive advantage by transforming organizations. This study aims to determine the effect of Digital Transformation on the Organizational Performance. In this study using a quantitative survey approach with two variables, namely, Digital Transformational and Organizational Performance. The results of studies and research the majority of researchers agree that telemedicine is the key to future health services.
