PRELIMINARY STUDY : RADEC LEARNING DESIGN TO DEVELOP CONCEPT MASTERING AND STUDENT CREATIVITY ON COLOID TOPIC Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Abstract Mastery of concepts and creativity needs to be possessed by students because they are an important part of education to create quality graduates. This study aims to test the feasibility of RADEC^s learning design in developing students^ mastery of concepts and creativity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the instruments used are questionnaires, interview guidelines, and RADEC learning design validation sheets. Questionnaires given to students and interview guides with teachers were used to determine the learning that had been applied as well as analysis of learning needs to develop mastery of concepts and creativity. The RADEC learning design will be tested by 5 validators. The resulting data were analyzed and converted into percentages which were then interpreted into a descriptive explanation. The results of this data processing will show an overview of how the learning process on colloid topics has been going on, mastery of concepts and creativity, will also show the feasibility of RADEC learning design to develop students^ mastery of concepts and creativity on colloid topics. This study will show whether the RADEC learning design that has been compiled can be an alternative to colloidal learning that has been applied previously. Keywords: Creativity, concept mastery, RADEC, colloid Topic: Chemistry Education |
