Mathematical Content in Traditional Red Brick Making in Kedondong Village, Ledug District, Banyumas Regency Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto Abstract Culture is a man-made product that includes knowledge, belief, art, morals, law, customs, skills, and other habits needed by humans. One of the cultures that still survives today in Indonesia, especially the islands of Sumatra, Java, and Bali, is the traditional red brick making process that contains mathematical content that has the potential to become culture-based mathematics learning materials. This study aims to describe the use of mathematics in the traditional red brick manufacturing process in Kedondong Village, Ledug District, Banyumas Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The research method is literature review, observation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that there are concepts, procedures, principles, and mathematical problem solving in traditional red brick making related to counting, measuring, designing, congruence and congruence, plane figures, and solid figures.
