Abstract

One of the main factors of successful organizations is talent management, and today, organizations face challenges related to the development and maintenance of talented employees in both private and public organizations. The core reason is that higher education organizations must orient talented students based on the activities of organizations in accordance with talented students^ skills. The main purpose of this research is to develop selection criteria for identifying talented students in the student^s education period in the higher education system of Uzbekistan. To achieve the purpose of this research, the researchers will first apply secondary data for identifying selection criteria and then primary data for highlighting main findings and conclusions through empirical investigation of the developed selection criteria to determine talented students among bachelors, masters, and the faculty at Tashkent State University of Economics. The approach of this research is quantitative, and the research method for collecting data is the survey method.
